Legal Description of District 1: Starting at the intersection of 5th Ave and Juniper St. North on Juniper St to 6th Ave. East on 6th Ave to Fir St. South on Fir St to 5th Ave. East on 5th Ave to Hwy 97. North on Hwy 97 to Bob Neil Rd. North on Bob Neil Rd to 9th Ave. West on 9th Ave to Dogwood St. North on Dogwood St to 10th Ave. West on 10th Ave to Fir St. North on Fir St to 11th Ave. West on 11th Ave to Main St. North on Main St to the Cascade and Columbia River RR. Southeast and easterly on the Cascade and Columbia River RR to the southern boundary of Township 40, Range 27 E, Section 27. East following the section line 4.90 mile, more or less to Chesaw Rd. Easterly on Chesaw Rd to Mary Ann Crk Rd. Meandering westerly and northerly on Mary Ann Crk Rd to the western section line of Township 40, Range 30E, Section 19. North following the section line 3.80 miles, more or less to the school district boundary. Clockwise on the school district boundary to the southern crossing of the Okanogan River. Northerly on the Okanogan River to the Simikameen River. Meandering northerly on the Simikameen River to the extension of 5th Ave. East on 5th Ave to the point of the beginning.
