The Oroville School District makes surplus materials available for sale to the general public on an as needed basis. Such property has either exceeded its useful life or no longer meets the program needs of the District.
In accordance with RCW 28A.335.180 we are notifying public schools, approved private schools, and other interested parties of an opportunity to purchase surplus materials and equipment.
The Public Surplus Sale will take place: Highest bidder will be notified, please include method of contacting you. All sales are final. The condition of property sold is “as is”, with no expressed or implied guarantee of warranty. Buyers are solely responsible for pickup and transport of purchase property from District grounds. Item(s) can be viewed by calling 476-2281 to schedule an appointment. All bids must be received in a sealed envelope with “Surplus Bid – (Item)” clearly written on the outside of the envelope. Please submit a form for each item you would like to bid for. Faxes will not be accepted. Property not picked up by: will revert back to the District. The Oroville School Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
